Effective July 6, 2026 · Interim terms
These terms are between you and PEONY Family, Inc. (“PEONY,” “we,” “us”). By using PEONY or joining the Founding Circle, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
PEONY provides educational information and navigation, not medical, legal, or financial advice. Using PEONY does not create a doctor–patient, attorney–client, or advisor relationship. For decisions about your care, rights, or finances, consult a qualified professional. PEONY is not for emergencies — if you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PEONY.
Joining adds you to our list for early access and updates, including The PEONY Monthly. It doesn't guarantee any particular service, feature, price, or launch date, and those may change.
PEONY may list providers and resources. Some may pay for listings or educational events. We never take referral or success-based fees. A listing is not an endorsement — do your own research before choosing any provider.
Use PEONY for lawful, personal purposes. Don't copy, scrape, resell, or misuse our content, or interfere with the site.
The content on PEONY — text, design, and brand — belongs to PEONY Family, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal license to view and use it for your own family-building decisions.
PEONY may link to outside sites and resources. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
PEONY is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and PEONY Family, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PEONY.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and PEONY about the site. You can't transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours in connection with a business change. Our failure to enforce a term isn't a waiver. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions: hello@peony.family.
